Samuel Oduor Omollis the founder of Mngaro Mtaani, a charity which supports vulnerable families living in poverty in Kenya. The organisation covers a number of activities and issues. Mngaro Mtaani responds to disasters, gives sanitary towels to vulnerable girls, provides mentorship through sports, supports environmental protections and gives out donated clothing.
The organisation has over 200 volunteers and more than 30,000 people have benefited from Mngaro Matanni’s initiatives, predominantly women and children.
The organisation won the Volunteer of the Year award in 2018, given by the Kenyan ministry and volunteer-involving bodies.
